Happy New Year from the LRA! Resolutions are great but don’t you find they can sometimes place us under immense pressure? Join that gym, lose that weight, meditate and pray to the sun, spend more time with friends, invest in that course…the list goes on.
All of the above are fine but what would happen if we just went with the flow? Let the universe take us in a different direction and whilst we are exploring new opportunities, trying different things, meeting new people, trust me, doors will open. It’s inevitable! It’s how open one is to change and exiting their comfort zone that will bring about new opportunities, moments, and possibly a new way of living.
Here at the LRA, we are determined to offer the same excellence in reception and customer service training and even more excited to commence with face-to-face and online training to pay it forward and ensure candidates are up-skilled and prepared for the career road ahead.
2021 was a phenomenal year for online training in light of the pandemic but, as we slowly get back to normal, what do you want to achieve in 2022 and can it still be achieved by going with the flow?
