It was a pleasure to welcome Alayna, Monet, Daniel, Aleksandra, Beverley, Hannah, Ella and Madison on the Professional Receptionist Training course last weekend. These students were simply the best and we all had a great time learning, working and interacting. You now have the skills, techniques and confidence to find work in reception or customer service as well as the inside knowledge of how to face a challenging interview.
